How do I order a story?
Choose a package or offer, fill in the parent and child details, select the story type and language, then submit the request. We review the details and contact you to confirm.
Do I pay directly on the website?
Not yet. The website collects the request, then we contact you to confirm the details and payment method before production.
Is the service Jordan-only?
Yes. The service is currently available inside Jordan, and prices are in JOD.
Story Creation
Can I choose the story type?
Yes. You can choose a ready story type or write a custom idea in the notes.
Is the child photo required?
The photo is optional depending on the story. If uploaded, it is used only to help personalize the story.
Can the story be Arabic or English?
Yes. You can choose Arabic, English, or both.
Preview & Revisions
Can I preview the story before final delivery?
Yes. We send a preview before final delivery or printing, and you can request the revisions included in your package.
How many revisions are included?
Digital Story includes 1 simple revision, Printed Story includes 2 simple revisions, and Story Nova Gift includes 3 simple revisions.
Printing & Delivery
Do you offer printed books?
Yes. Printed books are available with Printed Story and Story Nova Gift packages.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery is included only with Story Nova Gift inside Jordan. Printed Story delivery is paid by area.
Does the digital story need delivery?
No. Digital Story is delivered as a PDF and does not include printing or delivery.
Privacy
Is my child data and photo safe?
Yes. Child data and photos are handled privately and used only to create and complete the order.
Do users have accounts or a library?
No. There is currently no login system or user library. Delivery and communication are handled per order.
