StoryNova Kids services are intended for parents or legal guardians purchasing on behalf of a child. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to act on behalf of the child.

These terms govern your use of StoryNova Kids services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom Order Process
You provide the information and preferences for your custom story. We will create a personalized story based on the details you submit. Please make sure all information is accurate and complete.

Sample Approval
We will send you a digital sample of your story for review. Printing and delivery will only begin after we receive your approval of the sample.

Revisions
Each order includes up to 2 free revisions. Additional revisions may be available for an extra fee. Revision requests must be submitted before sample approval.

Printing & Delivery
Once the sample is approved, your story will be printed and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund. After the sample is approved, orders cannot be canceled. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by StoryNova Kids remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the story for your own family and personal enjoyment.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
